| EARLY PICK-UP |
| If you need to take your child from school before the end of the day, you must report to the office to sign your child out. The child's teacher will be notified via intercom to send the student to the office. In no case will a teacher release a student early without notification from the office. |
| EATING LUNCH WITH YOUR CHILD |
Visitors are welcome to have lunch in the cafeteria. Visitors must first sign in at the front office and receive a Visitor's Sticker. The following guidelines relate to seating arrangements:
~If weather permits, the vistor and the child my take their lunch to one
of our picnic tables on campus.
~ If it is not possible to go outside, the visitor and the child may sit at
one of the round tables designated for visitors.
Other students will not be allowed to eat lunch with you and your child. |

| The OCPS Internet Policy is located in the Student Code of Conduct. |
| USE OF STUDENT PICTURES |
| Parents will receive a Consent, Waiver, and Release form along with the Student Code of Conduct. Upon signing this form, parents give the school permission to take pictures for any school purpose. Students photographs will only be taken if parents sign and return this form. |
| PARENTS IN THE CLASSROOMS |
| Parents are welcomed and encouraged to visit the school. However, arrangements for visits must be made in advance. This plan ensures each child's uninterrupted instruction. Any parent visiting a classroom, must sign in at the front office prior to visiting the classroom. |
